CLIENTS' TESTIMONIAL
Our client's opinions are very important to us in the overall satisfaction they gain from our services.
Below are examples of comments from some of your satisfied clients:

During September and October 2005, Dr Kwame Asumadu, Director of Asumadu & Associates worked with REDcentre to
organize a VicStart
creativity workshop on an innovative termite detection technology, developed by the University
of Melbourne. VicStart is a Victorian Government
program aimed to improve the linkages, processes and skills
needed to successfully commercialise science, technology and innovation.
Dr Asumadu’s role involved preparing the background material for the Workshop as well as identifying and inviting
appropriate specialists and
stakeholders to attend. The Workshop, which was held on Wednesday, 19th October 2005 at
the Offices of REDcentre in Heidelberg, attracted
over 20 participants covering specialists from a wide range of
interests, industries and backgrounds related to termites and the building and
construction industries. Dr Asumadu
also facilitated the Workshop and wrote the report covering the outcomes and the way forward.

In 2003 we set up the South African Trade Centre (SATC) in Melbourne to identify and facilitate mutually beneficial
business opportunities between
companies in these sectors. Dr Kwame Asumadu was appointed Business Manager from
October 2004 to March 2005, when we closed the current
operation with a view to expanding the SATC to incorporate
other technology based sectors.
His experience of working in Africa plus his understanding of driving joint Government - Private Sector projects
was invaluable. His focus and
commitment to outcomes based projects delivery was largely responsible for the success
of the SATC and the Department of Trade’s commitment
to extend the program. To top it, Kwame has tireless energy
and enthusiasm and we hope that we can draw on his support and resources in the future.

The Goverment of Guyana, in collaboration with international donors, forests stakeholders and the Guyana Forest Commission
undertook the establishment
of a Forest Products Marketing Council (FPMC) for Guyana.
This establishment of the FPMC was coordinated by the expert assistance of Dr. Kwame Asumadu. Dr. Asumadu was involved in the
process of establishment
from the inception and continued to give support and technical advice throughout the supporting
activities during the course of the establishment. The FPMC's
establishment included the drafting of the several technical
reports and analytical documents which guided the process. Dr. Asumadu was largely responsible
for the drafting of the inception
report and Business Plan. He also coordinated and facilitated multiple stakeholder consultations with the forest sector in Guyana.
In addition to this, Dr. Asumadu gave techinical support to the recruitment activities of staff for the council, assistance in
drafting the Annual Workplan for the Council
and in recommending financial options available to the Council.
